Give your cooling system some attention after the long summer. Complete Comfort Heating & Cooling is offering a free tune-up with accessible outdoor-coil rinsing, condensate-drain cleaning and a performance check for appointments completed October 1–31, 2026.
We explain what we find so you can decide whether any additional work makes sense. No purchase or maintenance membership is required. Multiple systems are welcome—tell us how many and what type when you contact us so we can plan the visit.

What is included in the October visit?
Accessible cleaning
The offer includes rinsing accessible outdoor coils and cleaning accessible condensate-drain components. We discuss the equipment and access when arranging the visit so the included work is clear.
Tune-up and performance check
We review accessible equipment condition, thermostat response, the operating cycle, airflow observations and applicable operating readings as the equipment and conditions allow. Tell us about any changes you noticed during summer, even if milder weather has made them less obvious.
Findings explained
We explain what was observed, any concerns and the recommended next step. A check may show that further investigation is needed. It does not guarantee that every fault will be identified or repaired during a maintenance visit.
What is separate from the free cleaning?
An accessible outdoor-coil rinse is different from deep indoor-coil cleaning or removing a blower assembly. Deep indoor-coil and blower cleaning, parts, refrigerant, repairs and additional fault testing are not included in the free maintenance scope. Those services are quoted separately and require your approval before proceeding.
This offer does not promise a complete duct cleaning, new filters, unlimited disassembly or a full heating-service inspection. If you want another service, mention it before the appointment so we can agree on the appropriate work.
Have more than one system?
Multiple systems are welcome. When requesting an appointment, tell us the system count and type, if known, and whether all systems are working normally. We will confirm the equipment, access and time needed before booking.
There is no need to climb onto a roof or open equipment panels to gather this information. Share what you already know and we can discuss the rest.
Maintenance or diagnosis of a problem?
Mention weak airflow, warm air, water near the equipment, repeated shutdowns or a system that will not start. Cleaning may be useful, but a symptom does not establish its cause or prove a tune-up will fix it.
An ordinary repair diagnostic is a separate $70 service. Its fee is waived when the approved repair exceeds $300. If an additional diagnostic is recommended beyond the agreed free maintenance visit, its scope and charge are discussed before you authorize it.
Already have a repair or replacement recommendation? We now offer free HVAC second opinions. The free second-opinion service is separate from an ordinary diagnostic and is not restricted to October.

One-time service or a maintenance plan?
You do not have to join a plan to use the October offer. A recurring membership is a separate option with its own included work, visit frequency and price.

Is the tune-up really free?
The stated October tune-up, accessible outdoor-coil rinsing, condensate-drain cleaning and performance check are free. No purchase or membership is required. Any separately recommended work must be quoted and approved first.
When does the offer apply?
It applies to appointments completed October 1–31, 2026, subject to availability. Contact us to confirm a date and service-area coverage; sending an inquiry does not itself reserve an appointment.
Will cleaning fix uneven cooling or weak airflow?
Not necessarily. Those symptoms can have different causes. Tell us what you have noticed so we can discuss whether maintenance or additional diagnosis is appropriate, with any separate charge explained before approval.
Does this include heating service?
The stated scope is a cooling-system tune-up, accessible cleaning and performance check. If you need a furnace or other heating service, mention that separately so its work and price can be confirmed. The October offer is not a promise of a full heating inspection.
Do you need my exact address in a public comment?
No. Start with your neighborhood, system count/type and any symptoms. Share your exact service address privately during booking so coverage and access can be confirmed.
