I needed an ac repair done on my system because it stopped cooling in the middle of the day and one of my neighbors recommended Comfort Comfort Heating & Cooling. They came out a month ago to fix my ac unit that is very old, most companies around here want to sell you a system as soon as they find out it’s over 10 years old…. They sent out Chris one of the service technicians and I was impressed, he explained to me that the capacitor went bad and needed to be replaced, he also found that the indoor fan was blowing no air at all. He explained that this type of motor is expensive and hard to get but there is a way around it to get me running, I approved of the work and he fixed my entire system, I haven’t had any issues since. Complete Comfort has to be one of the best small hvac/ac repair companies in Tucson hands down, highly recommend!

I called Complete Comfort for my HVAC maintenance and was more than impressed with Chris. He showed up on time and went through my system, top to bottom. After he finished, he showed me pictures of his process and what he found throughout my system. My unit is 10 years old, and needed some repairs and to be cleaned. Prices were more than reasonable, so I had them make repairs. They replaced a capacitor, a relay, and cleaned my blower wheel and both coils. My system now sounds better and my electricity bills are cheaper! I'm planning on replacing my unit within the next few years, and will definitely use Complete Comfort!

I had originally called riteway heating and cooling and they didn’t try to fix my problem which was my heater breaker kept resetting they just tried to sell me a whole new unit! Chris was very professional and easy to talk to. He came by within an hour to run diagnostics. He was able to locate the issue within minutes and explained the issue to me in detail. He also charged a fee for the diagnostic which would have been deducted from future labor, if there happened to be any. Im incredibly grateful to have found this company! I had 2 other local companies out before them. Both of those companies said they found the issue causing my unit to stop working, both recommended replacing my unit, and then charged me...only for the unit to stop working again within a week. Chris and his helper got to work the SAME DAY to repair my unit and get my home cooling, and I feel like its cooling better than it ever has and runs much less through the day!! By far the most professional company I've worked with through any repairs Ive ever needed.
