Tell us what your system is doing and what work has been recommended. Have any written findings or estimate available if you have them. We will confirm the service address, equipment and appointment availability.
A cooling failure, equipment age or a large quote does not answer every repair-versus-replacement question. The actual condition, failure, repair history, available parts and proposed work all matter.
We review the concern, assess the equipment and explain the findings and practical next steps. A second opinion can agree with the original recommendation or identify another appropriate option. It is not a promise of a cheaper repair or that every system can be repaired.
Do not open equipment panels or climb onto a roof to prepare. Share information you already have. Multiple systems can be discussed; tell us the count so we can plan the appointment.
Yes. The second-opinion appointment is free. It is not charged as the ordinary $70 diagnostic, and it has no announced October end date.
Repairs, cleaning, parts, refrigerant or further work beyond the agreed assessment are separate. We explain any additional recommended work and its price before you decide whether to authorize it.
A second opinion reviews a repair or replacement recommendation you already received. If there is a new problem that has not been assessed, tell us when contacting us so we agree on the right service before booking.
An ordinary diagnostic remains $70, waived when the approved repair exceeds $300. That separate policy does not turn the free second opinion into a charged visit.
A new installation estimate has a separate scope and is $100 within the 30-mile service radius. Confirm the address and estimate terms before booking; the free second opinion does not automatically include a complete new-system proposal.

If your system is operating normally and you want its condition checked, ask about our October free tune-up, cleaning and performance-check offer. It covers the stated maintenance scope for appointments completed October 1–31, 2026, subject to availability. Multiple systems are welcome, with count and type confirmed before booking.
The October maintenance promotion and free second-opinion service are different offers. The second-opinion policy does not end with the October promotion.
